High Pressure Modified Thread Compound for Casing, Tubing and Line Piped

This API Modified compound complies with requirements of API bulletin 5A2. It is especially recommended for high pressure service on casing and tubing connections. WIN-LUBE API thread compound prevents galling during make up, resists water absorbtion, leakage at temperatures as high as 300° F, resists disintegration and changes to 300 ° F and withstands pressures to 10,000 psi. In addition, WIN-LUBE’s API modified will not harden, dry out, evaporate or oxidize. Not recommended for Rotary Shouldered connections.
